[WATCH] Jen Psaki Snaps When Asked About Hunter, Must Be Counting Down The Days To MSNBC

It seems fair to ask what exactly Biden’s son, Hunter, has been up to, what Biden knew about those activities, and if anyone’s going to look into them.

Even if the more salacious reports about Hunter’s…less than entirely aboveboard activities in China, Russia, and the Ukraine aren’t to be believed, what’s left and has been shown beyond a shadow  of a doubt to be true is still highly concerning.

So, the gadfly of the White House press pool, FNC’s Peter Doocy, decided to press Psaki on Hunter on Tuesday, April 5th.

Well Peppermint Patty didn’t like that. Not one bit. Watch her here:

As you can hear, Doocy got warmed up by asking “The President has said he never spoke to his son [Hunter] about his overseas business dealings. Is that still the case?”

Psaki fired back with a terse “yes,” not giving any more details or explaining how Joe could have been oblivious to what Hunter was up to. I mean, we can see Biden ain’t all there now, but he was at least somewhat sentient back when Obama was in charge…

In any case, Doocy (predictably) didn’t let Psaki off the hook there. He fired off another question, saying “On another topic, a lot of stories about Hunter Biden surfacing this week,” Doocy said. “So, to ensure the independence of the investigation, would the President support the appointment of a special counsel?”

If the first one got her angry, that one set her off. Responding, she said:

“Well, first, the President has never had a conversation with the Department of Justice about any investigations into any member of his family. He said that during the campaign and he will continue to abide by that. So, I’d point you to the Department of Justice for any additional steps they would take. They would make those decisions independently.”

Yeah, sure they would. I’ll believe that when I believe Biden had no idea what Hunter was up to and shows his illegitimate grandson around the White House.

Biden might not have known all the details of what Hunter was up to. In fact, it seems fair to think that he probably didn’t even know all that much. But that’s different than not talking to Hunter at all about what he was up to. That’s different than being completely unattached to Hunter’s bagman activities around the globe.

Further, even if Brandon is to be believed, even if we are to think that he’s telling the complete truth, a Special Counsel still seems appropriate: Hunter was taking money from American adversaries, enemies, and a country now trying to pull us into a fight with the Ruskies.

Americans deserve to know if and to what degree their president and/or his family might be compromised by those business activities and if they were even legal in the first place. No wonder the subject was such a sore one for Psaki.
