A grey Hyundai ix35 has also been seized and declared a crime scene.
Police believe this was the car she travelled to Airport Drive in.
Police are appealing for anyone with dashcam and CCTV footage of the car near the Airport and Samuels Road in Bundaberg, or in Gin Gin on May 15 to come forward.
Bisop is described as approximately 180cm tall, with a pale complexion, long dyed red hair, and hazel eyes.
She was last seen carrying luggage and wearing a green tank top and grey tracksuit pants.
