Home with toddlers inside allegedly sprayed with bullets in drive-by shooting

A gunman allegedly opened fire at a home on the NSW Central Coast as two toddlers slept inside.

Police say a shotgun was fired from a passing car into a home in Spencer about 9pm yesterday evening.

A white Ford Territory was an also damaged in the alleged shooting.

Four people were inside the home at the time – including a one-year-old boy, a three-year-old girl, a 26-year-old woman and a 52-year-old man.

Nobody was injured in the incident.

A crime scene has been established and an investigation is under way.

Police said they are looking to speak to the occupants of a dark-coloured ute with a canopy which was seen driving south along Wiseman's Ferry Road.
