Police were called to a home in Leura on Myall Avenue this morning after a report was made for concerns of welfare.

Three people found unresponsive, two with stab wounds, in Blue Mountains home

Three people are in hospital after they were found unresponsive at a home in the Blue Mountains just outside of Sydney.

Police were called to a home in Leura this morning after officers received a request to check on the welfare of the residents inside.

Inside the home, two men believed to be in their 40s were found, each with multiple stab wounds.

They were treated by paramedics on the scene and taken to Westmead Hospital in a serious but stable condition.

A woman believed to be in her 60s was also found in the home, but was unconscious.

She was taken to Blue Mountains District Hospital in a critical condition.

Police have confirmed a crime scene has been established and that investigations are ongoing, but that no further information is available at this stage.
