Two nights later, Steph Catley, Kyra Cooney-Cross and Caitlin Foord will line up for the Gunners against some of their Matildas teammates and the first-ever female A-League All Stars team, headlining a double header at Marvel Stadium.
The men's All-Stars team will take on Newcastle United on the same night, playing before the women against the Magpies.
APL chair Stephen Conroy believes the week-long extravaganza will bring more eyes to the Aussie football scene.
"This is a fantastic event for the A-Leagues, for our players to play against the best in the world and for our fans to see our best local talent up against some giants of English football," he said in a statement.
"Foord, Catley and Cooney-Cross got their break in the A-League Women and it's going to be fantastic to see them back on home soil playing against former teammates and the next generation of local stars.
"It's set to be a huge month of football in May, with the A-League Women's grand final, A-League Men's grand final, and these All Stars fixtures - providing another fantastic opportunity for the stars of the A-Leagues to perform on the world stage."
Arsenal sit in third place in the WSL, while Newcastle are 10th in the EPL and Postecoglou's Spurs battling for a top-four finish.
