Gunman on the run after shooting in Sydney
A 28-year-old man was standing on Wilga Street in Marsfield when a spray of bullets was fired at him from a car at 1 am.
An investigation is under way after a number of shots were fired at a man in Sydney's north, with a stray bullet hitting a home one kilometre away.
A 28-year-old man was standing on Wilga Street in Marsfield when a spray of bullets was fired at him from a car at 1 am.
The man was not injured, however, stray bullets hit nearby houses.

Police told 9News that one bullet travelled over a kilometre away, smashing through a window of a home on Ruse Street in North Ryde and landing on the ground.
There were no injuries as a result of the stray bullets.
About 20 minutes later police were called to a car fire on Mardi Street in Girraween.

Officers found a black sedan on fire.
The fire was extinguished, with police believing the two incidents are connected.
