Ciraldo to seek clarity over 'spirit of the game' call
Josh Curran was penalised for a rarely seen before incident against the Eels. His coach will be asking for advice from the NRL.

Bulldogs coach Cameron Ciraldo has admitted he'll seek clarity after Josh Curran was penalised for an incident "against the true spirit of the game".
With minutes remaining in the first half against the Eels, Blake Wilson hit the ball up with a penalty blown by referee Wyatt Raymond.
The official addressed Curran and said "you called Matt (Doorey) offside and pulled him out, that's against the true spirit of the game" (watch in the video above).

Curran pleaded he didn't touch Doorey.
Reed Mahoney then asked the referee for clarity before he was given the same explanation.
"What?," Andrew Johns immediately said on Nine.
Billy Slater added: "That's the first time I've ever heard that".
Post-match, Ciraldo was asked if he'd ever seen that sort of penalty given.

"No, when was the last time it got penalised?," he said.
"I didn't know what it was for. I'll have to get some clarity on that.
"There were a lot of things that went against us at crucial times. We have to look at that.
"We need to find ways that we can be better at what we can control - but that was a tricky one."
Canterbury won 16-8 over their traditional rivals to remain unbeaten for the year.
